We started back in 1992 as an artisan enterprise specializing in the production of FRESH EGG PASTA(bigoli – fettuccine – spaghetti -tagliatelle – etc.). We rapidly won our customers’ trust and experienced unexpectedly high turnover rates. On the wave of this success we began to produce FRESH FILLED EGG PASTA (meat tortellini, ham tortellini, spinach tortellini etc.) in 2005.
