Our company started in 1992, when Mr. Livio Fracaro started a handicraft production of fresh pasta made with eggs.
In only a few years the results have exceeded all estimates of selling, so that we have supported the production with new silos to stock flour , cold stores to stock eggs , cold stores for finished products, presses for pasta with a pasteurisation and drying system and 2 packaging machines to pack products in bags under protective atmosphere (CO2 + N).
In 1996 we started the production of Fresh Pizzas and Cascioni (and we supported the production buying new machines: kneading-machine, press, ovens, thermoforming machine to package in shells).
Thanks to a careful selection of first quality raw materials supplied by leading companies (all raw materials are tested and checked before using them for the production) we can assure that our production is at the moment the most advanced and technically reliable and that we are in a position to cope with the leading trademarks with an equal quality.
The most exacting customer, who nowadays looks for natural products, can find in our production excellent characteristics - such as careful quality tests and accurate sanitary measures, so that all chemical-organoleptic features are kept intact in the containers, too.
At the moment we are serving with great satisfaction supermarket chains and catering companies, being appreciated for our quality, look and convenience. We are at your disposal also to supply you with a personalized and/or differentiated packaging.
