We decided that this traditional pasta from the Amalfi Coast deserved a simple yet tasty accompaniment: broccoli and clams, though cherry tomatoes tossed in a pan with chickpeas and shrimps also make a delicious “surf and turf” recipe.
Durum WHEAT semolina, water.
Refrigerate at +4°C. Once opened, use the product within 2/3 days. The pasta can be kept in the freezer at -20°C for up to 3 months.
Cook in boiling salted water for approx. 6/8 minutes.
